Dignitas Technologies, LLC announced a company restructuring today. Ms. Elizabeth Burch is now the majority owner and President, while the founder, Mr. Jon Watkins, is taking on the role of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Ms. Burch has been in charge of company operations since joining the company in summer 2009. “Just two and a half years ago, this was a one-person company, and our growth to 17 full-time people requires us to update the company structure to more effectively address operational needs.” said Ms. Burch when announcing the change. “This restructuring makes formal the day-to-day reality of company operations over the last year, and will allow senior company personnel to focus on their areas of greatest strength as Dignitas grows,” said Mr. Watkins. In addition to announcing updates to the President and Vice President / CTO roles, the company announced that Mr. Bob Burch will be taking on the role of Director of Technology, helping to prepare Dignitas for future growth.
